1. Data controller
Jesper Svensson, Tbot Ultra, 544 32 Hjo, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data used to provide Tbot Ultra accounts and product licensing. Contact: tbotultra@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
- Account email address, account identifier, verification state, and authentication-session data.
- License state, trial and access dates, registered-copy identifiers and labels, and a one-way machine fingerprint used to prevent repeated trials.
- Automation lease times and daily usage totals used to enforce the shared daily allowance.
- Purchase package, amount, payment identifiers, status, refund status, and audit records. Tbot Ultra does not receive or store full card details.
- Technical request, security, and error information produced by the hosting and licensing services.
Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are not stored as readable passwords by Tbot Ultra.
3. Why we use the data
Account, license, copy, usage, and purchase data are needed to provide the requested service and enforce the license terms. Security and abuse-prevention records are used for the legitimate interest of protecting users and the service. Some payment or audit records may be retained to meet legal obligations and resolve claims.
4. Service providers
Tbot Ultra uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and server functions; Cloudflare for website hosting and security; GitHub for public program downloads; and Stripe Managed Payments/Onelink for payments, receipts, tax handling, fraud prevention, disputes, and transaction support. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.
Providers may process data outside Sweden or the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards.
5. Retention
Account and license records are kept while the account is used and for a reasonable period afterwards to provide support and resolve disputes. Purchase and audit records may be kept for legally required periods. The one-way machine fingerprint may be retained after account deletion so that deleting an account cannot restart a free trial. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
6. Website storage
My account uses browser local storage to keep the authentication session on that browser. Sign out when using a shared computer. Tbot Ultra does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe/Onelink and infrastructure providers may use essential storage on their own services.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. Contact tbotultra@gmail.com. You may also complain to Sweden's data-protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
8. Changes
This notice may be updated when the service or its providers change. The current date and version will remain available on this page.
